Ambulance Driver Application

I confirm that I am registering voluntarily as an ambulance driver/operator. I will keep my documents current, provide accurate location updates while online, respond honestly to assignments, and understand that NAAM Hospitals only coordinates requests. I will not represent that the hospital guarantees payment, cases, patient destination, route, timing, clinical outcome, or any incentive. Patient/attendant destination choice must remain voluntary.
