- You must keep patient/request information confidential, use it only for the assigned trip, and update pickup, destination, diversion, and closure status honestly.
- NAAM ERS only facilitates emergency support coordination; it does not promise trip volume, incentives, commissions, rewards, referral fees, or uninterrupted assignments.
- NAAM Hospitals Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays, traffic, network issues, incorrect user/patient or driver information, missed assignments, third-party conduct, or driver non-cooperation.
- NAAM Hospitals Pvt Ltd may update these driver terms, eligibility rules, or operating conditions at any time.
